City Oaks in Sheffield S2 has three lockable bedrooms, each with its own key, and a desk and chair in two of them. Two twin rooms convert to super-kings. With the living room sofa bed it sleeps eight. Free off-road parking for two cars, further on-street parking under CCTV, fire doors throughout and an alarm system for when the house is empty.
Brampton Terrace and Chatsworth Terrace are close neighbours in Chesterfield S40. Take both and you have twelve-person capacity a few doors apart — useful when a crew is too big for one house but you still want everyone together at the end of the day.
